Needless to say, they're thrilled to sing this music for us now! The group has been around for 40 years, and this is the first time they've ever commissioned an original song:  the brand-new work "Abandon" by Z. Randall Stroope. The choir has sung several of his pieces before and really connects with his work (see video below).

Two of the songs are a tribute to Ukraine:  "Prayer of the Children" by Kurt Bestor and "Earth Song" by Frank Ticheli. Just try not to cry.
