Join The Colorado Choir to Celebrate Spring Safely!

Thursday, March 11, 2021 Leave a Comment

We've all had to pivot with the pandemic. Things just have to be done differently. Central Park Parents' local musical friend, The Colorado Choir, hasn't been able to sing at all in the past year. They were all ready to perform a concert last March, when - BAM! COVID. No group gathering. ESPECIALLY no group singing.

The group has rolled with the punches and presented a delightful virtual Christmas concert in December that received rave reviews. Though free, the concert served as a fundraiser for the Choir and has helped them survive this difficult year.

They plan to come back and sing for us again live in the fall, but until then they've put together their second virtual concert, called "The Promise of Spring." It's FREE and will be available on YouTube and Facebook the entire month of April. Join them for the premiere of the concert on Wednesday, March 31 at 7:00 p.m.

The concert features hopeful and joyful music and imagery to help us all wrap up a difficult year, and promises better times to come as we move into spring and beyond together.

Kelly Parmenter, the Choir's Artistic Director and Conductor, says, “We are so pleased to be able to share some of our favorite songs with our favorite friends. Inhale deeply, and allow yourself to embody The Promise of Spring.”
