Smok
Chef Bill Espiricueta at Smok is well-known for his regionally-inspired barbecue and for the first time this year, his team is offering a Smoked Turkey Dinner to-go that features Smok favorites for a holiday celebration at home. Dinner serves 4-5 people and includes a 5-pound smoked turkey breast, two quarts of southern-inspired potato salad that’s spicy with deviled eggs, bacon, and mustard; two quarts of Smok’s pit beans with brisket and pork and cheddar jalapeno cornbread with honey butter. The turkey comes smoked and ready for simple reheating at home; don’t forget to pick up one of Chef Bill’s famous full-size holiday pecan pies: they’re gorgeous with flaky golden pastry crusts and a touch of savory – Bill’s signature – on each, with an elegant dollop of crème fraîche to finish.
