Mental Well-Being for kids with the Kidconscious Project

Thursday, June 6, 2019 Leave a Comment

The Kidconscious Project believes conscientious kids will one day rule the world through empathy and mastery, EQ and IQ. They offer monthly workshops to help kids build on core skills so they can develop citizenship from the inside out and effectively help others and their communities while creating a better sense of how they can help in the world.

Their summer series is all about Mental Well-Being. They will explore the benefits of meditation, breathing, yoga, and dive into the hard stuff like how to recognize anxiety, depression, and real-life struggles in our kids.
