The Denver Parade of Homes, the longstanding home showcase summer tradition hosted by the Home Builders Association of Metro Denver (HBA), returns this summer with 75 featured homes to celebrate the HBA’s 75th anniversary.

Go where and when you want to tour the featured newly designed model and custom homes by 23 area residential builders, including five luxury “Dream Homes,” plus one spotlight community.

Discover unique homes and floor plans, beautiful communities, the latest in interior design trends and home technology, exterior finishes and outdoor living, and landscaping that will inspire during this free, self-guided event that is open to the public starts this Thursday and runs through August 26.

There is also a "My Parade Inspiration" contest, where each week one lucky participant will win a prize worth $1,000!
