The 13th annual Doors Open Denver, the premier event showcasing the richness and history of Denver’s built environment and promoting quality design, will take place on Saturday, April 29 and Sunday, April 30. Presented by the Denver Architectural Foundation, the event offers more family-friendly events and activities for kids of all ages throughout the weekend than ever before.
Children will have the opportunity to create buildings from their imaginations at "Box City," tour the Denver Animal Shelter, participate in children's activities at many of the Denver Fire Stations, and more.
The Denver Smiley Branch Library, Athmar Park Branch Library, and other libraries will be hosting crafts and history lessons, where all families are welcome.
The events are free and open to the public. For more information, visit: http://bit.ly/2pv73BQ.
