Need to find a good preschool for your kiddo for next year? The Denver Preschool Program (DPP) will host its 5th annual Preschool Showcase in January. These are free events where all Denver families can find out how to access preschool tuition support and meet dozens of quality-rated preschools in the Denver area. The events will include Spanish translators on-site and take place on the following two dates at three locations:
Saturday, Jan. 14, 2017, 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.:
Dahlia Campus for Health and Well-Being, 3401 Eudora St., Denver, CO 80207
- OR -
J. Churchill Owen Boys & Girls Club, 3480 W. Kentucky Ave., Denver, CO 80219
Thursday, Jan. 19, 2017, 4 p.m. to 8 p.m.:
Quigg Newton Community Center, 4440 Navajo St., Denver, CO 80211
The Showcase is a valuable, once-a-year opportunity for families to find and compare quality preschool options for their child, discover the dollar amount they can get in tuition support from DPP, and apply for tuition support.

- Free food and refreshments
- Family friendly activities and entertainment including dental screenings and story time readings
- Online Preschool Locator demonstrations
- Photo opportunities with PBS characters such as Clifford and Curious George
- Free giveaways
The Preschool Showcase is hosted by the Denver Preschool Program (DPP), a nonprofit, tax-funded organization that was created to increase Denver children's access to high-quality preschool. This is accomplished in two ways: one, by providing tuition credits to Denver's families to help make preschool more affordable, and two, by providing resources to participating preschools to help improve their quality.
