The NE WalkFest is a great way to support your school

Are you joining in the NE WalkFest on Saturday, August 24?

It's a walk through Park Hill and Stapleton. Things kick off at the Stapleton Green at 9:00 am with free pilates and yoga, followed by an urban planning walk at 11:00. And it's a great way to win some money for your school!


The Stapleton Foundation and Denver Public Schools are joining together to present a “NE Walk Fest Challenge” to all schools in the new Park Hill/Stapleton boundary for middle schools.  A $1,000 check will be presented to the top Elementary School, the top Middle School and the top High School who have the highest participation of registered walkers in the NE Walk Fest.
