The new Conservatory Green model homes are open - and there are lots of exciting things to see!
We took a tour of the new Standard Pacific "Bloom" series - and it's a new look for these homes, inside and out. The floorplans are modern and open, the kitchens are set up to be the heart of the home and outdoor living spaces have been updated.
The first thing you'll notice: driveways accessible from the front of the house.
The porte cachere - or covered drive - that leads back to the spacious two car garage means lots more play space for the kids - and you can keep an eye on them. Great spot for that basketball hoop!
Inside, they've kept the open flow of the house with the great room and kitchen.
The kitchens are built around spacious islands for a gathering space and breakfast bar. No formal dining rooms, but an eating area large enough to accommodate your dinner parties or holiday crowds.
You asked, and they listened: look for big mudrooms equipped with hooks and shelving.
If the modern floor plan seems familiar, it's because Standard Pacific brought in the architects who designed the popular, higher priced Infinity Vue homes - reinterpreted and with some unique touches.
What: Standard Pacific's BLOOM models, 3-5 bedrooms, 2,100-2,550 square feet
Priced: Starting at $450,995 to $506,995
Visit: Standard Pacific
