CrossFit Kids is starting up this Saturday at 8:00am (for ages 3-16yrs old), and they will be offering a week free for the kids to try it out!
CrossFit Kids is a strength and conditioning program that is specifically designed for kids and teenagers. These workouts consist of constantly varied, functional movements that deliver a fitness that is scaleable for any participant at any level!
