My boys built a fort in the basement and they've been sleeping in it every night, pretending they're camping.

Next step is setting up the tent in the backyard for them.

"Honey," I said to my husband, "We need to take them camping."

The thing is, neither of us have ever been campers. Sure, we've gone, but it's when friends make the arrangements.

It's an overnight, and they've partnered with The North Face to provide equipment like tents, sleeping bags, cooking utensils, etc. for those who don't have them.

(No campfires, but you can still bring s'mores fixin's.)
