The winning Farmer's Market recipe

And the winning recipe for our Farmer's Market recipe contest is... Sliders. When I had these at a Blue Horseshoe tasting party, Paulette made gluten-free buns. Delicious.

Paulette's Blue Horseshoe Sliders

One large onion (caramelized)
One pound BH ground beef

Salt and pepper to taste Sauté onion in tsp butter and oil add a tbl sugar and let the onion slowly caramelize. Spread Carmelized onions on a cookie sheet press out Ground beef over the onions and cook for 10 mins on 375 in pre-heated oven,  Cut with a pizza cutter the size of the bun and serve with blue cheese and ALL your favorite Condiments.
