  • Corepower Yoga Stapleton is offering a new class for the remainder of the summer and possibly into the fall! "It's a Running/Yoga class every Wednesday morning from 7:15-8:30am at CPY Stapleton. It's a 10$ drop-in, open to all levels of fitness. We run for 20 minutes followed by a 45 minute yoga class! It's a fantastic way to start the day and great way to hold yourself accountable for that post workout stretch!"
  • Have I mentioned how much I love my Newton running shoes? I admit, I don't know all the science behind them, I don't even know if I have the right form, but they are awesome. They're so light, and my foot just feels right in them. I can hardly wear my super structured running shoes to fix my pronated foot anymore - it feels like I'm wearing bricks. I just feel light and fast in my Newtons! You can get fitted at the Newton store in Boulder, or the Boulder Running Company store in Greenwood Village.
  • Don't miss the super fun 10K, 5K and kid's run at Fans on the Field on September 25. Run through Coors Field, the Pepsi Center and Invesco.
  • Colorado Tees and the Denver Rescue Mission will be teaming up on Aug. 14, 2011, in Washington Park for the I Run Colorado 5k. The race features both a fundraising 5k and a kid's 1/2 mile fun run. Every 5k runner will receive an I Run Colorado race t-shirt exclusively from Colorado Tees and a swag bag overflowing with goodies. Every child that participates will receive a participation medal and a swag bag. All proceeds raised from this event will be donated to the Denver Rescue Mission. Along with race prizes, there will also be vendors onside providing services, distributing products and doing promotions. It's a great chance for the whole family to get out in the sun and support a wonderful cause.
