The rental market in Stapleton, that is.

This weekend, I received several email inquiries about rentals. I saw a sign for TJC Management Services on a house down the street, and they gave me the lowdown.

Owned by Stapleton resident Tom Cummings - who built one of the first houses in Stapleton, they've got around 130+ properties under management. They usually have 10-15 properties for rent, but at this time of year, they can't keep them on the market at all. Houses with 3 or 4 bedrooms rent in a day.
