A similar topic is going on on the Stapleton Moms Yahoo! Group about being overwhelmed as a new mom.
I'm not a new mom, but I still struggle with overwhelm. Interesting how much advice had to do with housecleaning. My ob/gyn prescribed a housecleaner for me after my first son was born - I was swiffering the floor several times a day.
How do you deal with feelings of overwhelm? How do the dads deal with it? (My husband is excellent at folding Mt. Laundry.)
