The Buzz Bus is at Westerly Creek Elementary School today talking to the PE class about health, wellness and teaching them a few yoga moves!
Then their first official event - for moms - is on March 4th from 4-7 pm at Qi Athletic Club (located at 2636 Walnut Street, Denver CO 80205). The event is a health and wellness open house with a free community yoga class, chair massages, fitness class demos, food and drink samples.
What's the Buzz Bus?
We are The Buzz Bus, a health and wellness road trip tour.
We’re traveling the country in an airstream spreading a message of active and healthy living. That means we’re stopping at spas, health and wellness centers, yoga studios, schools, parks and various other wellness locales across the country to gather communities and inspire happier and more aware inner selves.
We want to learn how communities across the country are incorporating health and wellness into their everyday lives. We will stop at schools to teach kids yoga. We will have events at premiere spas and wellness hot spots dotted across America. We will go on hikes and bring our hula hoops to American cities, towns, roadside attractions and national monuments.
