It's not easy eating out when you can't eat gluten.
But I always know I can eat a healthy, gluten-free meal at Noodles (Pad-Thai, thank you very much).
And now, I can use their handy online Nutrition Guide to find out what other dishes are safe. Like the Penne Rosa (substitute rice noodles) or Tuscan Linguine (rice noodles), which don't use any gluten in their sauces. It's like a whole new world opened up.
Even if you're not g-free, you can use their tool to find out which dishes are vegan. Or under 400 calories. Or low sodium, or low fat.
So did your New Year's Resolutions involve eating healthier, or less something, or more something? How specific did you get?
Here's what to do: Go to the new Stapleton Moms Facebook page and tell us your food resolutions. The most complicated wins a free Noodles Bowl gift card! (Come on, make us laugh!)

My New Year's Resolution is to try to break my kid's sugary juice addiction. I water it down, but that's all they want to drink.
I would like to thank you for the efforts you have made in writing this article. I am hoping the same best work from you in the future as well..
