Sunday was a fine day for some chili made with Colorado-raised grass-finished beef from Blue Horseshoe Cattle Co. These guys made my personal favorite: Peruvian lime chili. Yum.

It was the first annual chili cookoff, and my neighbors Matt and Shannon were crowed King & Queen with their smoky chipotle "Fire Chili - and we mean the Coach!" They were in their CU Buff gear and smoking mad. Congrats, guys.
