I'm using a Gluten-free Beer for my gluten-free chili recipe. And no beans, because my husband won't eat chili if it has beans in it. He's crazy like that.

I haven't had a beer since February. Is 3:00 too early to crack one?

    You should go out and get some Red Bridge! My FIL drank it for years and it's delicious - sort of like Fat Tire. You'd never know it was gluten free - made from sorghum, I believe. It's 5 o'clock somewhere!
