Hi Moms! I wanted to extend everyone an invitation to this month's Stroller
Strides Moms' Night Out. Everyone is welcome. We will enjoy an evening at The
Nest in Cherry Creek with Dimity McDowell, author of Run Like a Mother! The
event will kick off at 5:30 pm on September 16th with a 5k (3.1 mile) run with
Dimity. Then we'll gather at The Nest, which is Denver's newest and most
adorable boutique full of baby gear and clothing. You can even get Stella and
Dot jewelry at this event. There will be post-workout refreshments and wine
served and Dimity will be reading from her incredible book. She is an absolute
wealth of information and helpful tips on how to stay active and keep your
fitness a priority, even with the extreme demands of motherhood. You will enjoy
this one whether you're a runner or not. Please note that the run is optional.
You are more than welcome to join us for refreshments and the reading after the
run if you'd like. Bring a friend or two. This will be an amazing evening and
everyone is welcome. Bring your book for Dimity to sign or buy your copy at the
