Dog biscuits and a remarkable 4th grade class

Monday, May 17, 2010 Leave a Comment

Another remarkable Stapleton school:

Ms. Beckwith's 4th grade class at Bill Roberts is a finalist in NBC’s The TODAY Show’s “Why My Class is Extraordinary” contest .

Ms. Beckwith has a remarkable student, Allison, who is a cancer survivor, and began the Stink Bug Project in her class. The Stink Bug Project is a fund raising program where dog biscuits are baked and sold and then the proceeds are used to help children suffering with cancer purchase a companion dog from the Colorado Women's Dog Training Program.

So go vote, right now.

The winner will be determined solely by on-line votes after the segment airs. They need YOUR support – please vote for them on-line at www.todayshow.com on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday – May 17th, 18th and 19th!

But what I really want to know is: where can we buy Allison's Stink Bug dog biscuits?
