There's a new market in Highlands, In Season, that sells only food produced within one tank of gas, or 250 miles. The Denver Post did a great article on them today.

Great concept. This is exactly what we need in our Eastbridge Stapleton town center, if it ever gets going.

Speaking of locally grown, Blue Horseshoe is taking orders for their grass-fed and grass-finished beef, raised in Grand County. They're also a Stapleton-owned business.
