Every time I walk into the locker room at Core Power, there is some delicious scent being pumped into the air.

It's from Aveda, and it's called Chakra 2. It's sandalwood, citrus, and geranium. You can get it at Ergo Salon in Northfield as a body mist, and you can also use it to mix a custom-scented body cleanser -- free of parabens and sulfates and other nasty chemicals.

I never put a lot of stock in aromatherapy before, but this scent makes me crazy-happy.

And from the meditation class, I now know that Chakra 2 is your pelvis, the seat of creativity, and it flows like water [erm, sounds naughty].
