After two kids, I now possess a wardrobe spanning 3 clothes sizes. And each and every pair of jeans, regardless of size, look like a droopy baggy tent after a day of wearing them.
They're all made with that stretchy material that hugs your body like a glove when you put them on, but after bending over/climbing stairs/picking up babies/sitting on the floor, the butt droops, the thighs stretch out, and the waist sags. I'm constantly hooching up my jeans.
Even my $180 pair of skinny jeans look like baggy mom-jeans after a couple of hours. Mount Laundry is piled high with the jeans I must wash after every single wearing, even if it's just for a couple of hours.
Where can I find a pair of non-stretchy jeans? Levi's, anyone?
I have the exact same problem - including my Levi's. The result seems to always be the same, so why spend more? If you ever find a solution, let me know!
Thank you! This is such a pet peeve of mine. I am always tugging up my jeans after a few hours. One of my coworkers recently asked me if I had lost weight because my jeans were so baggy in the butt.
There has to be some perfect spandex-to-denim ratio that I don't know about.
Come to think of it, a couple of people have asked me if I lost weight, because my jeans were baggy...
tommy Bahama jeans are strechy and comfy, but maintain their shape- really!
