Did you read about the great company, Revolution Foods, that has taken over many school cafeterias, in The Front Porch?
They're the company serving up whole foods to the Odyssey students... cheese tortellini topped with steamed zucchini, a whole wheat roll, organic soy milk and whole fruit; while the Westerly Creek kids ate fried chicken nuggets, mashed potatoes and gravy, a pre-packaged blueberry muffin, chocolate milk and a fruit cup.
Odyssey's meal cost $3.10; Westerly's cost $1.40.
The gals over at The Scoop want to hear your two cents on this. Head over there and read the whole story.
