Congratulations on being the "Mystery Mom Blogger" at MBC!I can relate to spending more when you have the time to actually SHOP at a store without your kids.(Can be good. Can be bad. But it's always fun!)
With gas prices high, the screaming, bored kid who wants to leave the store NOW is a good thing.
