Forget about pancakes at IHOP. Forgo the long lines at Einstein's for a dry bagel. For a great breakfast, head to Udi's in the Stapleton Town Center.

This is the best breakfast place around. Lots of booths (if you have a toddler, you know this is critical). Pancakes for the kids, delicious french toast, a spicy twist on eggs benedict, and squeezed-when-you-order-it-fresh orange juice.

Don't forget to take home their homemade granola.
