Looking for a way to inspire your kids to run?

Get them to take part in the Marathon Milers program, where they run a marathon over the next 6 weeks, one mile at a time. They run the final mile on Saturday, May 17, 2008 at 10:00 am in Denver’s City Park.

The one-mile fun run/walk will take place in Marathon Village, an expo in City Park where racers in the Post-News Colorado Colfax Marathon will pick up their registration materials. Kids will cross the same finish line that racers in the Post-News Colorado Colfax Marathon cross the following day.

$15.00 per child through May 16th; $20.00 on race day at the Sports and Fitness Expo.
