Liz is mom to two rowdy, wonderful boys and a gentle black lab. She's a Colorado native -- born and raised in Longmont. She lived on both coasts before realizing Colorado's the best of all worlds. She is a freelance writer and marketing consultant and feels incredibly lucky to get to stay home with her kids. She started this blog 4 years ago because she realized pretty quickly that moms need other moms to survive.
Ellen Dolan
Ellen Dolan is a mom on a mission to get us all eating our veggies and living healthy lives! She is mom to two boys who eat real food as much as possible. She's also a doula, owns a successful Juice Plus+ franchise, and completed her first triathlon this summer. When you meet her, you want some of that amazing energy! She's giving us tips for "Just one thing" you can do to get your family healthier!
Maria Lucas
Maria is raising two creative, pretty girls who are also smart as whips. She comes to Denver via the south -- Kentucky born, most recently from Atlanta. She's a former producer for CNN and ABC and has some great stories about some famous anchors. She's an occasional contributor and writes "That Stapleton Mom," profiling some of our local business owners and mavens.
Kama Weinberger
Kama is an Interior Designer, and writes about putting your unique signature on your home for the Dwell section of our site. From remodels to touchups, from new kitchens to new accessories, she gives us the lowdown on the latest trends. She’s a native of the O.C. but couldn’t be happier to call Stapleton home. Kama earned her Interior Design degree in 1989, NCIDQ certification in 1996 and her experience includes working for the top model home firm in Southern California. Kama works for clients throughout Denver and California. Kama has an Interior Design business, Q+E Design Source, where she blogs about design. Look for her post every month!
Marissa Ferrari
Marissa works for Denver Public Schools, leading the district’s efforts to help parents learn about school options and understand enrollment processes. On a monthly basis, Marissa will profile schools and address issues of interest to Stapleton parents. Marissa recently bought a Capitol Hill home built in 1896. And, yes, she is jealous of our pools.
