...Trick or treating.
What time?
Starts at 5:00, peaks at 6:30, trickles off at 8:00.
How much candy to buy?
"We typically run out and have to turn off our lights. There are so many kids in this area and MANY kids come in Stapleton from other neighborhoods to trick or treat. We are at 24th and Spruce, and get more trick or treaters then I have have seen anywhere else I have lived."
"We have run out of candy each year. After buying 200 snickers last
year and running out in 40 minutes we had to turn out the lights and hide in the basement."
Stapleton United Neighbors has a door flyer to put up when you don't want anymore trick-or-treaters.
This is my first Halloween here, but really?
I bought 400 pieces last year and ran out at ~7:30. I bought 500 for this year. I tape the SUN sign over my doorbell to really make the point.
I love it, Melissa! Halloween is like a national holiday here. We were in a loft before, so we never had ANY trick-or-treaters. I'm so excited!
