A good sitter is a fiercely guarded secet amongst moms; they're reluctant to share even with their best friends.
Well, a new service is coming to Denver to help out with that problem: MommyMixers.
It works like this:
A bunch of moms meet at a restaurant or boutique shop. A bunch of babysitters (mostly college kids) come armed with resumes and references. You all get together, talk, break bread, drink (probably best to avoid alcohol), and the moms go home with a whole list of potential babysitters.
Sounds easy enough.
Moms have to pay $100 to attend, but really, can you put a price on having a list of babysitters to call on a Friday night?
