No time for cooking
We just ate the last of our Dream Dinners: Chicken curry.
We had 6 dinners in our freezer, and they came in quite handy over the last month. We popped the stuffed shells in the oven when a friend came by for dinner; we had the steak with friends; the Caribbean pork roast with family. They were all good, once we added a bit of salt.
Here's why Dream Dinners are great:
When you're strapped for time, or haven't been to the store in a while, or just don't feel like cooking, you just take one out of the freezer and dinner is taken care of.
At their kitchen, you get together with your girlfriends, drink some wine, and start measuring. A cup of this, a cup of that, some meat, some sauce. When you get home, you take it out of the freezer and add the marinade to the meat, put it in the oven, and voila.
If you're not a cook, Dream Dinners is perfect. You can feel like it's homemade without the hassle of actually cooking.
